Patrick Clary

Patrick Clary is the third generation in the family at CCC Holding Company, Inc. Being born into the construction business, growing up learning the different trades and aspects of residential and commercial building from start to finish. Joining CCC Holding Company, Inc. part time in 2012. He attended Florida Institute of Technology for four years studying ocean engineering and coastal construction. Transitioning to full time at CCC in January 2019, he worked along side his grandfather Steve Clary while earning his General Contractor License CGC 1530741. Patrick continues to manage the company focusing on sales and estimating.

Charles Clary

Charles Clary began his construction career as a SeaBee, the Construction Battalion of the United States Navy. This select group has a history of building bases, bulldozing and paving thousands of miles of roadway and airstrips, and accomplishing a myriad of other construction projects in a wide variety of military theatres. While enlisted, Charles had unlimited opportunities to gain experience in all forums of construction all over the world. Upon his departure from the Navy, Charles continued gathering experience by joining the production home industry, where he cultivated his many skills in management of the trades. Charles, who now possesses a State Certified Builder’s license and Roofing license, started CCC Holding Company, Inc. in February, 2003. He continues to enjoy all phases of construction as he controls the projects from start to finish. Charles is an extremely detail-oriented individual who prides himself on leaving every customer completely satisfied.

Steve Clary

Steve Clary was a contractor for over 50 years, with experience in many aspects of construction. He began in the production home industry, developing his expertise in mortgage lending, government programs, and efficient building practices. Steve then graduated into the development and construction of high dollar custom homes and commercial projects. Steve brought to CCC Holding Company his inherent ability to negotiate with financial institutions and insurance companies along with his capacity to instill a level of comfort and confidence in all customers. Steve was proud to work daily with his son Charles and daughter Renee but was especially proud to work with his grandson Patrick as he is the third generation involved in the building business.
