Remodeling any part of your home while you are living in it is always a challenge to your everyday routine. These clients decided to remodel TWO bathrooms at once though… and that put the pressure on everyone. We needed to have a solid design that we were sure the homeowners would like, so jobsite changes could be eliminated. That meant thorough 3D images depicting every detail for each bathroom needed to be complete and agreed on. The homeowners needed to be set with their selections so again we could diminish time wasted with changes once the project had begun. Products needed to be ordered in advance and the schedule had to be set precisely. With the careful planning and design coupled with impeccable jobsite scheduling, this project came off without a hitch! One bathroom displays a single vanity with dark bronze fixtures, a tile framed mirror that matches the shower deco tile, a walk in shower, custom detailed vanity with corner feet, Mexican Sand toilet and sink, a half wall with matching granite top, and a shampoo nitch with matching deco tile. The second bathroom is finished with golden antique bronze fixtures and hardware. This design incorporates a double vanity with a tall linen display case between the sinks. Drawers above the countertop make for easy storage and access. The toe kicks are arched valences that add a custom look to the overall detailed cabinet design. One stack of drawers is exactly that… three drawers. The matching stack of drawers is actually one large pullout perfect for storing hair care products. The mirror in this bathroom is framed in place with the custom painted cabinet woodwork.
